I am eyeing on a Venture(Ya I know that they pull all three bureaus). What are the chances of my approval? I have been getting pre qualified mails for almost more than 1.5 yrs( I get atleast one every month) for the QS,QS One and Platinum but never for Venture. I even checked their website and can only see the QS on the pre qualified. I can eat the three enquiries for the sign up on Venture but if I get declined I would be pissed off. My sig states my current scores and other details. Any advice?

Your scores are high enough. What is your income and AAOA? I just got approved for the venture card with a SL of 30k. Income over 100k. Fico 04 score 698. You should however wait for the prequal to come up for the venture card that as 3 pulls are not wasted just to be sure.

If your APR is decent on the Quicksilver then Apply for the Venture and Quicksilver back to back or Venture and VentureOne if that suits you better.

I never had any prequals for any capital one cards I have.

I had Secured and QS1. Closed Secured and Merged QS1 into QS.

250k+ CL and climbing.

Your scores are higher than mine were when I was approved for the Venture.

I like the card.
