Victoria's Secret Verification Letter

I applied for a victoria secret card a week ago and gotthe 7-10 days messege. Sat I got a letter saying to give them a call to verify some inforinformation. What are my chances of being approve. Have anyone got this letter and after calling was approve? Why do they want to verify my info?
