A regular World MasterCard has almost all the same benefits as a World Elite card, and the AF is usually much, much smaller. No need to pay extra for a World Elite MC unless the benefits really mean something to you. All the major banks offer regular World MCs.
Essentially it is the same thing; can't justify it. As a college student, I wouldn't really use any of the benefits. One of these days, hopefully, but not right now.
