So far we have confirmation that Wally and Lowes use the same since, OP posted his range as per Wally and I have a letter from Lowes with the same range.

Thanks for the confirmation CS800.  Looks like they DO indeed use the same CLI scoring model. (most notably with the fact that your scoring range for Lowes is the EXACT same that I had on my Walmart letter)
