WF Go Rewards

I have had a WF platinum for about 4 years now and I got an email stating it has converted to a Go Rewards. Here's some details:

Re: WF Go Rewards

Is their Go Far Rewards a knock off of Navy's Go Rewards? Nice to see them offering something different, but it's still Wells Fargo, so it's meh!!!

Re: WF Go Rewards

No, it's no where near the same structure. It sucks equally as bad lol. It shows you can go to an ATM and redeem your rewards in $20 increments if you want. Idk I am still closing mine this week.

I would still keep it open... it "deepens" your relationship with the bank for when you need other products or services (PCL, HELOC, auto, waived fees lol). See if they can PC to another card like the AmEx Propel they offer if you want better rewards options/categories..

Re: WF Go Rewards

While I see your point; I have no banking relationship with WF nor any other lending products (and I wouldn't use them for anything either. They only way they'd get me is if they bought a mortgage from my lender at some point if I ever get a mortgage)
