Re: WFNNB

Hi madamozzie. I have 2 30 day lates on my V.S. card, tried GW'ing them and got turned down. Of course I only tried once, and over the phone, and I gave up. The lates are over 2 years old now, and not hurting as bad. But still.

IMO, I'm not sure if disputing a late just to get it removed is a good idea if the late was valid to begin with. Again, only my opinion. I've heard so many stories of disputing valid items on a CR backfiring and causing trouble. I'd approach it with caution and wait for others to offer their opinion.

Re: WFNNB

Just received a reply from WFNNB/Express  for my GW letter.

My request to remove a 60 day late was denied. The letter said if the late was an error, I can dispute it with the CRA.

I was still excited to get the reply because it was the first response from the numerous GW letters I had sent a month ago.

Re: WFNNB

Ive sent a GW to VS and have been denied. The only WFNNB that it was granted for was for 1 30 day late for Metrostyle.  NN is just crazy, if your NN account is closed they wont claim you, Im not sure what their normal MO is for open accounts and requesting forgiveness.

Re: WFNNB

Just wanted to point out that disputing legit entries is against the guidelines of these boards.

The posts referring to this are pretty old, but if the discussion gets going on that again, we'll have to whoosh the thread away.

Discussing GW's is fine, of course, although frustrating. I got the same reply from WFNNB on an open J.Crew account. Smiley Sad Although they did give me a CLI from $500 to $1000! Smiley Happy Except that I was planning to close it, shread the card, and melt the shards, so now I'm all confused. Smiley Tongue
