Got a l etter in the mail yesterday, (letter dated 10 days prior) stating that CHASE had reduced my CL from $3500 to $2800 effective the date of the letter. They listed 3 b.s reasons so I called the # on the letter to find out more. Spoke to a REALLY nice guy who told me it was auto generated and that he could do a soft pull and take a manual look at my CR to determine if that was a valid reduction. After about 2 minutes, he said there was nothing that was concerning to him. He offered to re-instate my CL to the original $3500 immediately!!!! Thank GOD!!!!!! Had that happed, my util WOULD have gone up to $70%!!!!
I have to say that CHASE is by far the best CC I have EVER dealt with, if only for the awesome customer service!!! When you call, the CSR's actually can DO something not just quote scripts.
