WILL I GET APPROVE FOR AN HSBC CC WITH SCORES?

 I am new to the forum.  I rcvd an offer for cc thru HSBC(GM FLEXIBLE).  MY SCORES ARE

EU 631

TU 575

EX 585

APR DEPENDS ON CREDIT SCORES.  DO I HAVE A CHANCE?  I HAVE 4 BADDIES.

300 - 800 if they pull eq. i would try a cu first, a local one that you can walk into explain you situation and i even heard of a person writing a letter that the loan officer could submit to the crdit commitie explaining her past wrongs, aspirations, and plan she has to execute it.

One of the few good things about HSBC is that they can 100 percent prequalify you without doing a hard pull. They are the only company I know that does that.

Guaranteed preapproval thru the promo mailings... by phone call... or do they have a link for online preapproval?  I didn't realize their prequal was 100% with soft only, that's very interesting!

Aha found it hiding online.  You just go to start an application for a card and it loads the prequal form.  Very nice, like the BoA pre-qual online.

They still do a hard inquiry when you apply, but at least you know that you will get approved.
