WaMu Must Be The Only One that...

Well, I'm hoping to have my dates wrong because I'm about due for my first WAMU CLI & haven't seen anything yet.  I've used this card for many purchases, charged it up to about $1500. and pay it back down to 10% each month.  So... I'm waiting.  (And, this card has my lowest limit)

By the way, I paid it down again this month and will use another card until I see a CLI .

What month are you in?  Its usually the day after the statement falls or somewhere along there so I will be checking again tomorrow.  My statement fell last night as expected and I have seen anything yet...fingers crossed.  Just happy they didn't CLD me with my new card and the BT showing the double balances.

That and they may be tightenening up cause it appears that they are in a bit of trouble

I think Timothy said after 12 months they get you again at 24 mos.

congrats its a nice CLI.

I want to know onething, How frequently do they increase CL.
I have been using WAMU CC from April'07 till now I didn't get any CLI.
Can I ask them for CLI???
How did u get ur CLI ? I mean did u contact them for every 6 months ?

I've never asked, it has just been there.  If they follow suit every six months it should be viewable for me tomorrow.  Timothy mentioned in another post that after a year they wait til yr 2 but other s have said every 6 mos.  For me it has been every 6 mos so far.  This is month 18 for me.

I have been using this WAMU CC from April'07 with 2k CL till now no CLI.

planning to ask for CLI,don't know wht will happen with them.

No past dues and no late payments n always paid more than minimum payment from 04/2007.

Any hope in CLI for me??is it a gud idea to ask for CLI??

Orchard and Capital One gave me consistent 6 month CLIs. Although they were small amounts (200-300), it was something.

Keep you scores up and UTL down-

They do not "Do" customer requested CLI's.

WaMu doesn't do cli requests and for me I beleive the pattern has been auto CLIs at following points:

-Started with $4k (providian at the time)  ~ 70% UTL due to BT

-6 months - went to $5k ~ 60% UTL *at time of the auto cli

-9 months - went to $6k ~ 50% UTL

-12 months - went to $8k ~ 80% UTL

-18 months - went to $10k ~ 50% UTL (I think this is when it became a WaMu card rather than Prov)

-24 months - went to $11k ~ 30% UTL

-36 months - went to $12.5k ~ 2% UTL

I hope this is helpful. I always see the CLIs after the "annivsary" bill cycle. For example, I saw my 36 month CLI in my 37 month.
