WalMart Discover Card

I just decided to try and apply for the WalMart Card, I thought if I was approve I would get the store card. I was surprised when the response was for the WalMart Discover Card.

Okay I have a BK 7 dropping off in exactly one year but a few extra baddies also but very tempting once equifax is about 30 points higher..

With your BK off, and if you handle your baddies, you may well qualify for a real Discover card with better benefits than Wallie's Discover - or so I hear.  Someone else might be kind enough to weigh in on this.  I don't qualify for a Discover yet ;( so I'm definitely not an expert.

Congrats OP on your new card.  That's a very nice surprise!!!  Beautiful work recovering from your BK!  And thanks for posting - that helps people know what they might be able to accomplish.  Have you considered posting this also on the BK friendly cards thread??  BK Friendly Credit Cards Listed

I was thinking that also maybe being able to qualify for a real discover in a year or so... after my BK is off I will have 3 paid cc charge-offs due to drop 2012.. so we will see... I would love to have a Discover More card!!!!! :-(
