@MileHigh96 I suppose your right. I prob wouldn't even get good use out of the in store promo bc I have 16 month old twins and almost never shop in store haha. Not yet anyway. That's why I just recently signed up for the Walmart+ membership for the unlimited delivery!
Have you tried the WalMart community card? Higher limits. Also Capital One

I am considering the card not bc I need a high limit but for the 5% online. But I don't want a tiny limit either ...
We got 2 cards. Initially, I got one because our business spends quite a bit on Walmart.com and the 5% was very enticing. Unfortunately, my initial limit was only $2k. After 3 YEARS, it's only at $4.5k. I've got denial after denial for CLIs with only 2 successful attempts.
My credit and income are fine, so it has nothing to do with that, and I've also spent a lot of money on it. I can't tell you exactly how much, but let's say deep into the 6 figures, and I don't mean $100k range. I mean wayyy beyond that. I've been cycling the limit several times a month, and Cap One doesn't seem to care so far.
DW got the second card about 6 months after me. She got approved for $3k, and now it's at $8k. Also plenty of CLI denials, but it's grown a bit better than mine. Spend is quite similar, in fact, it probably sees more charges since the limit is higher.
I don't understand the logic behind the lack of growth. They won't give me any significant CLI, but they did approve me for a Venture X with a $30k limit. This Walmart card in general is probably in a bucket of their crappy products, so they couldn't care less about it.
I wish I'd got in when it was still a SYNCB card because they were giving much higher limits. Oh well...

@woodyman100 I don't think they offer a business card to new applicants. I'd read it only exists for those who already had it and were transitioned to Cap One too.
I also just checked the denial on DW's CLI request from a few days ago:
- Recent use of this account's existing credit line has been too high

Seriously, is Cap One saying they don't want us spending too much? NEVER got that from any CCC. They're pretty funny. If you don't spend enough, they deny you for it, but if you spend too much, they also don't like it... haha... **bleep** if you do and **bleep** if you don't! ![]()
I just placed a WM+ grocery order tonight for about $110. I'll get my usual 5% and I'll get $10 in SYW points by using the Shop Your Way app to order and meeting one of the missions for June.
Cold append for mine several months ago and got a 10k limit🤷♂️
