Wamu site problems?

Is anyone else that is having trouble logging into their Wamu Platinum Visa account today using the Wamucards website?

Re: Wamu site problems?

Same problem for me earlier and now it's fixed, but has anyone tried to log into their Rewards?

Not that I have a lot saved up, but I was hoping to burn them towards a balance payment before Chase takes them away. However, I can't log in to my Rewards account because my "credit card number is not valid."

Hopefully this is just more of the same maintenance, and not the beginning of me finding something out that I'm not supposed to....

Re: Wamu site problems?

More Info:

By March 1:
  • Save or print your WaMu credit card transaction history. Chase Online will display 3 months of transactions. If you want to make sure you can access up to your last 18 months of WaMu transactions, please go to wamucards.com or wamu.com and print or download your information.
  • Review your free FICO® credit score. We're evaluating ways to provide your FICO score through Chase Online because we know it's important to you. As of March 1, however, your free FICO score won't be displayed. Please consider accessing your credit score details for a fee through Chase Credit Builder.
  • Update Quicken®/Quickbooks®/MS Money®. Download your transaction history from Chase Online's Download Activity page, which will link to instructions to help you get started. Please update your software before you download from Chase for the first time.
  • Plan ahead. You won't have online access to your credit card account from March 4-8 while we move your account to Chase Online. If you want to make a payment online during that time, you'll need to log on before March 4 and schedule an advanced payment to help ensure your payment is received by the due date on your statement.
From March 4-8:

Access to your WaMu credit card information will be unavailable as we move your credit card account to Chase Online.

On or after March 9:
  • Log on to Chase.com. You can use your WaMu User ID and Password to access your credit card account information unless we notify you otherwise. Note: The Chase Online Service Agreement will govern how you access your accounts on www.chase.com. If you're not already enrolled in Chase.com, you must accept this online agreement to complete your enrollment.
  • Update your online profile with your current address, phone number(s) and e-mail address(es).
  • Set up Account Alerts for your credit card account.
  • Set up a deposit account and enroll in AutoPay or schedule an ePay.
  • Save Chase.com as one of your online "Favorites."

Your credit card account number will remain the same.
Just keep using your WaMu card until it expires; we'll send you a new Chase card before the expiration date.

You can reach us at the same toll-free number.
Continue to call the phone number on the back of your card whenever you need help from a Service Representative.

You'll pay your credit card the same way you always have.
Simply mail your payment to the mailing address on your statement. Or, beginning March 9, you can pay by phone, online or at any of our Chase or WaMu branches. We'll send you a new payment address when your Chase card arrives.

So--as of March we no longer have PFICO, it looks as if they want to try and give us this but then they offer a fee based program instead.  The card issue is addressed.  A new "Chase" card will be sent before ours expire.
