I've actually been meaning to put together a post about my journey with data points. Let me list by bank, highest total exposure to lowest:
Synch $23k (too many to count, highlights are WM and Lowes at $6k each, a couple of Visa/MC at nearly $8k)
Citi $14k (4 cards, AA, DC, BB and Sears - the only actual Citi card is a laughable $500)
AMEX $12k (2 cards)
Cap1 $11k (3 cards, 1 co-branded)
US Bank $9.5k (3 cards, LOC)
Chase $8k (2 cards)
Barclay $6.5 (1 card)
and a bunch more under $5k each
You can carry 15 cards in your wallet?
I carry only 8 at a time.
WF Platinum - $3.5k
WF Debit
Chase Freedom - $2.4k
Barclays Rewards - $3.7k
CapOne Quicksilver - $3k
CapOne Venture - $10k
Discover IT - $6.3k
Amex PRG - NPSL
SD:
Chase SW Premier - $3k
CapOne Quicksilver - $1.3k

I used to carry 7 cards but I've cut it down to the cards that I really only use. I think that the Flagship is going to be the one that rotates.
Mine aren't really anything you guys would really be impressed by with all your high credit limits but I'm pretty proud of where I've come in the last year of rebuilding after BK7.
Capital One QS1 - $2150
Capital One Platinum - $2150
Capital One Secured - $500
Barclay Rewards - $1300
I have a few other cards, but they have $0 balances and are sock drawered.

Right now 10, I haven't gotten the other cards yet as I was just approved yesterday LOL

Dont worry about the credit limits, they will come.... We all had to start there also. Your headed in the right direction

I'm happy for anyone that can get approved, regardless of the limit. I know the credit struggle as I've been there. So CONGRATS and don't down yourself.
Well my signature isn't quite up to date, but with a few new BoA BBR approvals this is how my wallet and SD will be looking:
Wallet:
- Citi Double Cash $6,100 - everyday expenses in non-cat spending for 2%
- Discover $23,000 - 5% cats and Discover Deals
- US Bank $5,000 - 5% cats for gym and cell phones (I guess I don't need to carry this one, but I have the space )
- Amex BCP $18,000 - 6% groceries
- Sallie Mae $5,500 - 5% Amazon, Walmart, and Target purchases now - gas purchases again starting in April
- Chase AARP - $9,000 - 3% restaurants
SD:
- BoA BBR $8,000 - will be putting Netflix on it for free $120 a year
- BoA BBR $8,000 - will be doing some other small monthly bill on it, maybe internet for free $120 a year
- Amex Everyday $23,000 - never use it
- Chase Freedom - $10,500 - will start using for 5% cashback at Costco.com next month
- Citi Simplicity - $15,000 - small BT on the card
- Wells Fargo Rewards - $7,500 - never use it
- Capital One Quicksilver - $5,000 - never use it.
- Barclay Apple Rewards - $4.750 - never use it.
As I am sure you can tell, I am a primarily cash back guy. We have a newborn so we don't travel much and the straight cashback makes it simple - no need to worry about redemption values, etc.
