Siggy line is what is in my business card holder that holds my cc's. When I leave the house I carry 2, from 2 different banks just to be safe.
In wallet:
PRG
BCP $5k
Freedom (usually rotate with Discover depending on categories) $5k
Sallie Mae $12k
Lowes $35k (doing a kitchen reno)
Rotators:
Discover
SD (specialty spending)
QS
Southwest
Marriott
Citi AA
SPG
Amazon store card
CU Mastercard
At the moment, the only credit card I have is a Chase Amazon rewards card with $1000 credit line (it was intially $500, but they raised it themselves at one point). I just applied for a CapitalOne Quicksilver and their website said they'd get back to me within a week. I have excellent credit (800s across the board according to the report I just looked at), but don't make much money. The web site said that they only give Visa Signature cards to folks with $5,000+ credit lines, and everyone else who gets approved gets a Platinum card instead. The Signature version seems to have a lot more features & perks, so I hope I get that one. But I don't know if I'll qualify for the credit line. We'll see.
Before
Quicksilver
Discover
Now
AmEx BCE
Barclay Arrival
Quicksilver
...sometimes my PRG gets in there

hmmmm not sure about that. I barely had $2K in overall combined credit when Cap1 gave me a QS Visa with $3K on it.

Great tip to carry two from two different banks to be safe. I just carry my two now Quicksilvers from Capital one as that is all I've got. I will combine them after I get enough step credit cli on each.
JCB for general spend
CSP for dining and backup general spend
Freedom for gas (Sallie Mae when it's not a bonus category on Discover/Freedom)
Sallie Mae for $250 in groceries, then BCP replaces it
FNBO sneaks in there for planned bigger purchases
If I come up short on BCP annual spend I can grab some gift cards to finish. Can't time travel for Sallie Mae monthly cap.
Also our grocery bills are lumpy because we have my parents in law live with us a few months a year so a lot of the BCP annual spend gets used for those months.
Venture World MC for every purchase
QuickSilver Siggy Visa just in case.
Barclays NFL for backup.
The rest sit in drawer and get used once per month.
