Weird CAP 1 issue

I recently was approved for the Playstation Card (mostly for my partner who plays a lot of games and added as an AU). When I got the card, I changed the image. A few days later, CAP1 emails me that my card has been sent out not once but FOUR times. Twice for the PS card, once for QS1 card(?) and one for PS card with an account number that isn't even mine. Any ideas or did any one else have this happen to them? It'll be interesting to see what I get in the mail next week. Account info online has not changed either.

Just incase any one is suspicious. This was the LAST thing I did BEFORE I went in the garden.
