Of course, it's a World MasterCard according to their system, so not only did Citi fail to send you a newly branded card, but they are probably not giving you even 1/2 of the benefits a 'normal' World MasterCard provides while also collecting the higher interchange fees in the process. Citi is rather greedy when it comes to their credit cards. Not only are the conservative, but they don't provide as many benefits as they should.
