Now that I've had the WF Attune card for a month I just wanted to report some of the transactions I've seen code as 4% and some I've seen code as 1%. Some of the 1% purchases were not a surprise. I made the purchases just to meet the Welcome Bonus. One particular that was a little of a surprise is that Uber One doesn't code as Uber. Also Gamefly which is an online video game rental company only coded as 1% too. Hopefully as more and more people share their experiences we can get a great list going!

Took a little get away to Denver and have a few data points to add. Overall, things went well but the inconsistency of MCC codes is an issue.
4% Verified:
Denver Art Museum (Sports, Recreation, and Entertainment)
Meow Wolf (Sports, Recreation, and Entertainment)
RTD - Denver Rail (Planet-Friendly Purchases)
Rover - technically still waiting to post but since they list it specifically, am adding
Only 1%:
Museum of Contemporary Art Denver
Too bad not all the museums are coding the same. Not sure what the MCC is yet for the MCA at 1% but at least it was lower $$ and still hitting my minimum spend for the $100 sign up bonus.

@G2244 thank you so much for adding these data points! Great to see most of the expected purchases coding correctly! Hopefully in time all musuems will code as 4% transactions!

I have another 1% category to report. Planning a trip to Florida to Universal Studios. Was going to buy tickets directly from Universal Studios, but my wife wanted to use the Undercover Tourist website, the same website we used to get discounted tickets for our Disney Tickets from last year. The tickets are legit and cheaper than getting them from the amusement parks.
It ended up giving us 1% back. We still came out ahead though which is why we went with Undercover Tourist. Based on how much we would've spent buying directly from Universal Studios, we would've gotten about $45 in cash back on the Attune card. Instead we got about $14 back in cash back and saved about $100 on the tickets. Would've been too good to be true to get 4% back and still save $100! Lol!
Only 1%:

I won't get an Attune for two reasons:
1. It's not set up to give high rates on "core spending".
2. Wells Fargo can't even reliably pay you the 4% on things that obviously should be 4%.
I don't want to take a hard pull for this. They're still promoting this card heavily to me, but once you read what people who have it are saying, nuh uh.

@IsambardPrince I do understand your reluctance. Definitely have to do what works for you and what is best for you!

Etsy is shocking. Since that's specifically listed as being a 4% on the website.

@unsungivy thank you for sharing these data points! Happy to hear you're getting the bonus on Apple TV now. The Barnes and Noble omission is interesting. I wonder if we start contacting WF about charges that possibly should be 4% if they will do anything to help get them changed?
The Showtime via Walmart+ is a unique charge. Mine always codes as Walmart for me. I have been trying to get it set up to be put on my US Bank Shoppers Cash card since that gives 6% back at Walmart for me. So far it keeps going to my Amex Platinum instead since that is how my Walmart+ membership is billed. I probably will need to call in to get it set up properly.
