Well I called app status and was approved for $6000, I'm very happy right now don't know what else to say.
Congrtas on the approval!
You can also recon your SL with them. That's what i did with my Dillard's Amex. Instant onlinje approval for $2K about 4 months ago, and i was in the rebuilding stages, so i was even shocked just to be approved, yet alone an instant approval. Then calledin and mentioned them that i am WF customer have accounts with them, and asked for $5K limit, and when i called back in 15 minutes, they countered at $4k, and i gladly accepted it. Their CLI's are hp, so if you would like to have a higher limit, even just for your utilization, i would go ahead and ask for it now, so they can use the same HP.
Congrats on the approval..!!

Were your scores in the high 600's like your signature says, when you applied? I have two recent inq on EX, 690 score, one baddie. My oldest CC acct is 8/2012 at start of rebuild. I have a checking and savings account with WF since 7/2013. My verifiable income over $100K. It's probably my last card for a year if I app for it. Have a chance? I know WF is a pretty conservative bank, but I drive alot for work and eat on the road alot.
Congrats
Do you think 10 months of carrying the dillards AMEX helps the WF relationship and being an ex-checking customer? I wasnt the best checking account holder, but they DID make some overdraft money off me every 6 months or so =/ Id hate to open a checking acct with them again, as i would have a monthly fee, i cant split my pay enough ways direct deposit to scoot around that.. plus i became a member of 3 CU and chase all at once, that doesnt look good huh.

You dont need to have checking/savings with them to apply for. I got approved that card on last november with 9K and I dont have any accounts with them. They hit me on exp anyways. gl tho.
