What am I missing?

I like to plan a head, so here's the plan.  Keep in mind, I live overseas and work on an Army base.  No FTF is generally a must, unless it bonuses in gas, groceries, or amazon.  Mainly geared towards travel.

I prefer UR because their transfer partners fit my needs.  I like both Hyatt and Marriot hotels (looking to focus on Marriot), I fly KE a lot for work so I rack up free miles there.

Currently I have CSP (10k), Freedom (3.5k), Korean Air Sig (9k), Arrival+ (5k).  And a USAA, but that doesn't matter.  Also have Military Star, it's an on base only card that I just use for its 2 major perks.  5 cents off on gas (2x UR or 2% is generally a better deal, so don't really use that) and 10% off on base resturants (which is normally lunch during the day).

I intend to close the Korean Air (just wanted the big bonus, as I fly them a lot while I'm living in South Korea) before the AF is due, and Arrival+ will probably go.

I was just denied for Ink+, will try again at the end of the year.  Obvious choice given I'm UR heavy.

After that, looking at UNFCU Azure as my true Chip&Pin for when it's needed.  No AF is good, the 1% FTF is canceled out by the 1% CB.  This isn't really an active user, more a convience pick.  I currently go to Europe once every year or two, but I may be moving there in 1-2 years.

Venture to replace the Arrival+ as my basic 2% travel card.  Used for all non-bonus spend, redeemed for those little things on trips that aren't planes/hotels.

Thinking I might PC the Arrival+ to the SM, I'll come close to maxing out the gas each month, groceries is maxed in 1 trip, Amazon I'd never max.  I'd switch gas/groceries over to Freedom during it's promotions as I'd find 5x UR worth more than 5% CB.

Chase Ritz as my perks card (hopefully catch another 140k point bonus).  Would probably put my resturants on there, between actually eating out and bars I shouldn't have a problem meeting the 10k/yr spending on almost just that.

Hoping to be able to get all that covered next year.

MS opertunities are pretty much nil right now, so it's all regular spend, but I have a lot of that.

Any holes you guys see?  Suggestions for alternatives?  If you recommend other cards, please explain why and keep in mind my goals and preferences.

My wife just got her first card, QS1, so we might be able to get her into the game soon.

I think your plan sounds great; I can't think of anything else you're missing, but I'm sure someone on here might see something I don't. Hopefully they'll chime in soon.

The only hitch in your plan I see is Barclays won't let you PC your Arrival+ to a Sallie Mae because it is co branded.

I wasn't sure if they would allow that, if they don't then I guess I'll just close that credit line.  SM is pretty situational for me, and overlaps a little, so not a big priority if I can't get it as a PC.  Maybe something to add later, but it'll be lower on the list as a fresh application.
