Definitely is once every 6 months. I would know, I've been locked to a lower bucket for the last two years 😫 I'll click the luv button again in 6 months, but I know I just need to get a new card in a year or so with a flashy new limit.

In defense of that the eight month timeline it isn't wrong but works under assumption that you've requested a CLI 61 days right after approval and 181 days after the first CLI request assuming it was granted.
