Buying my first home around August, so keeping everything clean until then.
But afterward......I'm boosting my cashback lineup.
Currently:
Citi DC ($5,500) - 2% daily non-category
BoA Cash Rewards ($6,000) - 3% All Online Shopping
Discover IT ($9,000) - 5% Rotater (Dining, Amazon)
FNBO Ducks Unlimited ($6,000) - 5% Gas + 5% SportingGoods
US Bank Cash + ($7,000) - 5% Utilities + 5% Internet/Cable
Barclay Uber Visa ($8,000) - (was my 4% Dining) swimming with socks since they nerfed it
Adding:
ABOC Platinum - 5% Rotater (redeem @ 3.75%) (Dining, Automotive, Travel)
US Bank Cash + (#2) - 5% Cell Phones + 5% Fast Food
These are contingent on the newest/baddest 5% CC that might roll out between now and then (keeping fingers crossed). I need a dedicated 5% dining card....grrr.

What are your goal cards?
Just got one of my goal cards last night: Chase Southwest Priority.
If, later in the year I get another AMEX Delta 70,000 mailer, I might bite since Delta is my other go-to airline. Otherwise, my next goal is to PC my CSP to CSR in March, then I think I'm all set.
I have every card that i want, right now, that i'm eligible for. I'm over 5/24 until 2021, so the Ink's are not 2020 goal cards unfortunately.
If i apply for any cards in 2020, it'll be the Citi Costco, but only for utilization padding, and to sock drawer for Citi presale concert tickets.
After our wedding, i'm going go finish the conversation with a builder and kick off breaking ground on my new house, so a mortgage will likely come late 2020 to early 2021, depending how quickly they finish the home.
Those are my only two 2020 "goals". If any Ink cards pop up in my chase portal as pre-approved, then i'll try to jump on them but i'm not crossing my fingers.

@Aim_High wrote:The Discover IT "MILES" card is the best cash-back SUB deal on the market. Miles are basically cash-back. It only earns 1.5% but unlike the other Discover cards, there are no special categories and no spending caps. You get 1.5% on everything. And with the match at the end of the year, you get effectively 3% cash back on everything you buy, uncapped, with no annual fee. Sweet deal!
Well, best depending on your spend! To overcome a $500 SUB and a 2% card, you need to spend $50K on it, at places that take Discover and where you don't have a better card. I got about $3000 in first year cashback on one miles card, $2000 on the other (my wife and I each had one in consecutive years) but that involved a fair amount of MS
Say what?? I don't know of ANY 2% card paying a $500 SUB right now, but that would be nice.
I just got a $100 SUB for $1500 spend on my new PenFed Power Cash 2% card, and it's one of the only 2% SUB offers I know of. Most don't give one at all.
Discover is actually pretty widely accepted.
As @wasCB14 said, the Venture card has $500 SUB but it also has a $95 AF unless you cancel or downgrade it after year one, and it also doesn't pay out in direct cash, so it's not a 2% cash-back card.
On my PenFed card example, any spend on it over $10K would would earn more profits with that Discover Miles card. Likewise, Chase Freedom Unlimited pays $200 SUB but only on a base of 1.5%, so the Discover is outearning it at 1.5% with the match in year one. So for any annual spend over $13,333, Discover wins. That's only $256 per week on credit.
True, someone would have to subtract opportunities for higher payout which might dilute returns, so YMMV. But many consumers don't have any categorized-spend cards yet that even pay a full 3%, much less more than that. Assuming that "everyone does" would be a disservice to the majority of our members and readers.
And yes, as most everything with card rewards it all depends on your spend. Most consumers who are trying to maximize credit card rewards will easily spend enough to surpass a $100 or $200 SUB over the course of a year. So I stand by saying that there are no better SUB offers on cash back credit cards. Where else can you get 3% back on any uncategorized spend with no spending caps (or spending minimums)?
*Of course, all the above disregards that the whole purpose of my original posting was to commment on how the OP could add another DISCOVER card specifically, not which credit card has the best SUB.
With a little opportunism, and a willingness to PC, offers can occasionally come up that increase the breakeven point on Discover even for a pure cash back card.
BCP and Cash Magnet have both offered $300 at times (BCP with AF due). CSP has a nice bonus (up to 60k), a modest first-year AF, and offers cash redemptions at 1 cpp. Savor was $500 for a while.
Surprisingly, I was approved for the Shell Rewards Mastercard this morning. Citi hp Equifax (723 score). My card goal for 2020 is to apply for the CSR at the end of the year. Between now and the end of the year, I'll be gardening.
