Nothing unless something really awesome comes by. I mostly plan to garden for 2012, ask for some CLIs, let my accounts age, etc.
Im right here, up until 12/26/2012 when I go for the big boys Chase, AMEX, Discover!

Well I should receive my Discover More on New Years Eve, so can we count that towards 2012? If so I would be 1 for 1 on cards wanted. I would like to get a CLI on my Amex Delta Platinum card. Chase Sapphire Preferred, probably late 2012 I would also like to get rid of my Crapital One card, unless they waive my AF.
Counts in 2011
After my BK falls off in May, I'd like to app for a rewards card. Leaning toward Chase Freedom, BofA Rewards, or PenFed Platinum Rewards.

FRom my personal experience, BOA and Penfed are really tough. Clean reports gets you in with them.

I don't really feel there's much awesome left after 6% cashback on groceries.

if you last that long ill send you a garden basket as a farewell gift from the garden.
Hopefully none. The only card I really want is the Costco Amex but I need to improve my score first. I do have my eye on the Chase Disney card, because we are planning a trip to FL in 2012 and visit pretty frequently. No reason to open that, though, unless we want the intro APR, which I would rather avoid.
For the posters talking about Target cards, I love my Target Debit card. Same 5% discount but no credit check.
ETA: The one thing I am excited about doing in 2012 is closing my Orchard card. Am closing it in August, right at the 2 year mark.

5% CB on gas -- Penfed??
PenFed is still the white whale for many but I'm over them. They have an awesome balance transfer deal, though. I wouldn't apply to them again unless a pre-approval showed up. Even then, Im starting the mortgage process and really shouldn't be seeking any new credit. On top of that, my utilization is around 40% so the credit limit they give may not be high enough to really move things around properly. Another low limit card really wouldn't help and would also lower my average age.
The 'gas' card is probably one of the most difficult cards to obtain. I don't own a car, live less than a mile from work, and split gas with the GF. Having their card might give the I've arrived feeling but would only add around $2.50/month.
The only cards that add value (right now) are BCE or BCP. Between CB and backdating, they beat PenFed hands-down and work in my credit plan.
