I have heard of charge card PC's not sure about all the details. But I know you can go from Platinum to a lower card.
Yes. Amex allows you to Upgrade from Gold------>Platinum.
i dont know why i come to this thread. everytime i come here i make up a new list.
i dont have a list this time, just bumping. i must not app. i must not app. i must not app.
I just got a Lowes card with a $2500 limit. My next app is going to be PSECU Visa/PSL Combo. I'm just waiting for EX to delete the final collection account from my report. I have seen a copy of the Universal Data Form requesting the deletion from the collection agency, and TU and EQ have already deleted.... As soon as its gone on EX, I'm calling in my app to PSECU
Going for:
AMEX Zync 5/1
Discover More 5/1
PSECU Combo 12/1
Chase BP Visa 12/1
Other than that gardening the rest of 2012!
I think I'm going to try for no apps in 2012... unless I get a too good to pass up 100,000 Chase Sapphire Preferred signup bonus offer

As long as your checks for each more-expensive card don't bounce.
eta: $450 per year / 365 days per year = $1.23 per day for a Plat.
Of course, 2012 is a leap year, so in fact, it's only... well, OK, with rounding, it's still $1.23 per day.
I'm not paying it, but there are more expensive indulgences out there (daily Starbucks drive-thru, etc., although I prefer Peet's)
NONE
Yep - NONE for me!
Must let the garden grow.
