What card are you going to app for in 2012?

Hello All- First I want to say Happy New Year!!
I had posted earlier on this thread that I was going to wait until July to apply for the BCP. Weak person that I am, I applied last night and was APPROVED with a 9K limit. I'm super happy about this new account and the backdating but I don't deserve membership into the garden any more. I keep saying I'm there but unless someone can figure out a way to chain the gate closed- I seem to make a break for it the first time any fancy plastic comes by. Ha-Ha! NO More apping for me. I really do have every card that I want for the next couple of years. I sincerely hope everyone posting this thread gets the cards they want for 2012. As of today- my CRs are frozen.

sad thing is, my spree might mirror yours.    gawd help us in may, and give us the strength to just say no.

I went all of 2011 without applying for anything.

In 2012, I might get an AMEX (I'm wondering if the backdating alone is worth the card, (for the future, no AMEX now), or maybe get a chase freedom.  The 5% would be nice, but both cards often offer cash to sign up (if you spend 1,000 in 3 months), but I'm switching my Penfed card to the new cashback, and I don't spend enough to earn the bonus on Penfed plus a new card, so I'll have until April or so to make up my mind.
