What card should I apply for next?

Hello everyone..

I'll be SD a few of my cards that won't grow. And I'm looking to add another. But I'm unsure on what card to get next. I was just approved for the Amex Cash magnet card 1/27/2020 SL 10,600

I have a pre approval for their Delta car . Which would be nice, because I always fly Delta.

But I'm also interested in applying for a 2nd NFCU card.. My starting limit was 500.. Then it bumped to 1,500.. Just got another sp CLI to 4,500

My other cards are as follow..

Discover it..1,063/14500 Did a balance transfer on this card.. so that's why it's a balance.. Just hit 1 year mark with them this Feb..

Or should I just use the amex, and let out grow. And let the inqs I Have fall off? Thanks in advance

Penfed 7,500 0 bal

Capital 1 quick silver 1,250 0 bal

Discover it 2,200 0 balance

PayPal Extras 5000 0 bal

It seems like you have a bunch of good cards, not to mention the Amex you were just approved for. I would use the Amex and let that grow a bit while letting your inquiries fall off.

Go for the 2nd NFCU card and then you should be set for awhile IMO.

Do you have travel expenses? If so, Flagship is a no brainer if you can hit the $4K spend and collect $500.

Otherwise I would get the More Rewards. $250 for spending $3K in 90 days and 3X gas, grocery, transit, and dining covers a lot of spend.

That's a lot of spend for only 500 or 250! Smiley Indifferent

Not as bad as the cashRewards - $150 for $3K.

But it's better than $0. I mean if you're just looking to add one card anyway, it doesn't really matter that much.

I think I may do the travel.. I plan a vacation every year. So I can just put it on that card.. Then pay it back just to get the SUB..
