What cards to close? Ive got to stop apping

So after having a BK in 2005 Ive been working on building my credit and trying to get the best cards I could at the time I got them and became sort of an obsession. Today was approved for USAA  mc and two weeks ago for a Amex green and Amex BCE (Forgot I had amex years ago both backdated to 1994). So this brings the total to 16 credit cards. I obviously do no need all these cards mostly PIF. Here is a list of what I have with limits ect. What should I close?

Card          Limit       Opened

cap1         $1750          2007     af $39

cap 1         $1000         2007     af$29

Personally, I would just closed all those AF cards. They'll report with positive history for approximately 10 years, so no immediate hit to AAoA, and it seems like they won't be much if at all a hit on your utilization. Everything else I would keep, especially if they don't have AFs. However, if you would like to cut them down some more, I recommend sockdrawing those cards with little to no reward values, not optimal APRs, no balance transfer offers, or simply store cards you don't even use. Leave them there, and let them rot until they're closed for inactivity Smiley Tongue then at least if you change your mind within a few months, they'll still be there for your use!

Best of luck!

I already tried the EO at cap 1 They gave me a whole $250 cli each on my cards and will not get rid of af. So Those three I will definitly get rid of. Target will get the axe I never use it. All of my GE cards just got cli last month. Home depot is almost a year old maybe i wll wait to see if I get an auto cli if not axe it also. Thanks for your input.
