Try CSP or United Mileage Plus Explorer. Theres a chance they may pull EX instead though.

Trying to avoid EX and TU until august though.
Orbitz Visa card, by comenity, pulls EQ
USAA 1% FTF only pulls EQ.
depending where you are, Barclay may pull EQ for the Arival.
I'm in So Cal and Discover only pulled EQ when I applied.
Hope that helps. Good luck !
Indiana here... Discover IT has no FTF and pulled EQ only for me.
Huntington Voice (if you're in their footprint) is no FTF, no AF, and you can set your 3% category as travel. Also a strict EQ puller.
If you want to avoid Experian, you'd best avoid Bank of America, Capital One (all three), Discover, Chase (two), and Amex.
(YMMV)
Among my cards, only Huntington (and Capital One) pulled Equifax.
Penfed CC's have no foreign transaction fees and they pull EQ.
