What date FICO uses for how old is a CC

I have a CC reported as follow in EX.

date opened: 01/2001

reported since: 11/2005

date of status: 01/2008

last reported: 01/2008

what date fico for the calculation of score uses for the leght of this cc

I had a similar question and was advised by the powers that be that the opening date is used.  Mine was a little different.  Thereported since date was older than the opening date.
