What do I do now with my Orchard Bank card switching to Cap1?

I'm going on my 1 year mark for my Orchard Bank card and they want to charge me an annual fee of $59 for a $300 limit which I think is just so high. But this is my situation  I have a Cap1 secured card that post on my report as a real CC and not a secured card with a $200 limit which is also hitting the 1 year mark, i'm also going to add a deposit to increase my limit to the max $2000. So by now u guys know i'm building, after i do the increase i was going to start applying to places so i can get the highest limits. My original intensions was to cancel the Orchard bank card because they wan't $59 for the $300 limit and move on but they merged with Cap1. So what do I do because I was going to apply for an unsecured Cap1 card to get the highest limit? Do i just eat the $59 and keep the Orchard Bank card or still cancel it anyway and just reapply at places? I have until July 28th to cancel the card or the $59 fee will stay on there.

Right now I have 4 cards that are mine- Orch($300 limit), Cred1($550 limit), First Premier ($300 Limit, which i'm closing in a few days), and Cap1 secured($200 limit which i'm maxing out to $2000 next month). Was big time buildling this year, i'm auth user on a few cards, did a secured loan this year which is paid and done, also got a car loan a few weeks ago to help.

So thats where i'm at and this is my issue. I also wan't to thank everyone who has helped me to get to this point.

Contact the Capital One EO to try to waive that annual fee, in addition to a credit limit increase and potentially rewards.

All the best!

Well a few weeks ago when they were Orch Bank I asked them to waive the fee but they said no. They just switched to Cap1 this week so maybe they might do it. I also asked for an increase when i spoke with a manager and they didn't even increase me.
