What does GECRB look for when determining whether to give CLI's?

Just curious, as I have recently opened a Walmart, Amazon and Gap card with them. I've read about the 4 statement rule but want to know if they only look at payment history with the GECRB cards or overall credit when determining whether or not to give CLI's. I've had a few more hard inquiries added since getting approved for these cards so I'm not sure if this will affect my chances of increases down the road with them.

How long have you had the cards? You have a lot of inquiries? If you've had them for awhile, and not that many inquiries: try requesting a cli through your account

Also if you do it manually, Synchrony the new company likes to see now you handle the current credit limits. They'll grow with you.

I just opened the cards at the beginning of August. But since then I've also opened a Target card and was denied for a TJX & Barclay card. I'm not looking for any increases right now, just wondering if these extra inquiries will look bad when GECRB does a pull later on.
