What does this mean from synchrony bank ?

Synchrony bank called me, they told me a account went under review and since that happen all your accounts are under review now, she said a special list looked at it and is having a packet sent out and she said need to fill out and send back, I asked what form is it, she said it doesn't state but it's a SSA form, she said it might just need to verify your SSN. Has this ever happen?

Yes some have gotten just a form to verify SS. That's exactly why you should wait till you receive mail before you close all your accounts. If it is 4506t, you will have 30 days to comply or close your accounts. For now just sit tight.
