I have the Amex Blue Cash and the Amex Everyday. The Blue Cash pays nice cash back.
But I love my Discover IT - I get really nice cash back from that.
Not to use cards like this is just like throwing money out the window.
But using cards as a PAYMENT system, and then immediately paid - you get nice rewards. I pay most everything with cash back cards.

I checked out the AMEX thread and it's a world of new knowledge. Thanks for sharing and I will use it!
And I definitely didn't know that about it being a VISA. That is nice!
I'm lost. Which card's a Visa?
HeavenOhio - I am with you - I didn't understand the comment about the Visa either.
I was talking about two American Exoress cards.
use it for some of your recurring bills and set up autopay
@Anonymous wrote:Thanks for your help! So do not a lot of places take AMEX then?
I ran into some issues when Square came out.. many of my little local shops didn't take it. its great to travel with, but my daily use now is the citi. and full disclosure? i have both of my children on my Amex as auth users, to build up their file. its good for that too, as I belive Amex is still the only one that reports to the bureaus for auth users.
@SouthJamaica, thank you so much for your reply! I truly appreciate your help. I honestly want one other credit card to have. But not necessarily two more. But because FICO doesn't count two inquiries in less than two weeks (something like that?) and the supposed three cards is the best, I feel compelled to go ahead and get two more.
2CGeorge, thanks for your advice!
@HeavenOhio, Maybe I misread! I thought I remembered you saying something about how the Chase Freedom was a VISA so it's accepted more places.
And sorry for the lateness. Between internship and school, I've got no time. Thanks for all of your help!
