Probably 700+ Transactions run through it.
Transactions range from $9.99 to $1400 each.
No Complaints here.
Yep, I got my first Cash+ in Nov 2012, and really no issues at all with the card. (The PIN setting error on the website mentioned in my other post is very very minor!)
I've found checking account opening and subsequent funds transfer to be a somewhat of the chore, not sure if it was related to the amount, but it took about 10 days to finalize. I'll file that under "my bad", I should have gone into the branch vs. starting online.
Adding card to Samsung Pay required a phone call. Never had to call before to add a card. 😐
No issues whatsoever since. They actually seem to encourage in person contact ("additional products and services" will be mentioned while talking to a banker), so if anything should go wrong at this point, I'd actually go to the branch.

Yes, that was surprising but recently I had to same with PayPal MC. (Whereas my latest add, Penfed, worked without a call)
My experience with US Bank is, they have worked well except, I cannot open any new products online. Always have to go into the Branch. The Branch is able to satisfy my requests promptly and in the case of opening credit cards and Lines of Credit they input the data and helped me with approvals. Still remains a mystery as to why I can't open new products on line, especially since I have been a customer for many years?

That might actually be a good thing, no one else would be able to open in your name either
Ok...something new. tonight I though this was squared away & my card is still working as I just used it a hour ago BUT I just got a Transunion alert that USBank tried to pull my reports again but they are frozen. I called the normal customer service number & the rep confirmed an attempt on my reports today BUT said I needed to speak to underwriting....since underwriting is closed I cannot do anything tonight. This is weird. For an nearly 800 Fico 8 score on all 3 bureaus, no lates, a diverse profile with low utilization & a loan reporting, 85k income, & everything managed well i'm still struggling to see the point in this. Everyone I've talked to said it's uncommon. I guess I'll have to manage my patience until Monday...
@Physh1 Is there a branch close to you?
If there is, I'd go there and see if they can assist you when making that call. It is strange situation
This happened to me last year when I got my Altitude approval.
They tried to pull after I had it and it showed up as USB FRAUD HUB HARD
I just ignored it and never heard anything back from them about it. Im glad I have all my reports frozen so this didnt cost me another waste of a pull.
I must be honest, I have been with US Bank for around 6 years, I have NEVER had and glitch of any kind with them - They gave me a personal consolidation loan and financed my truck (both accounts paid off early, with no missed payments etc)
I have recently got another one of their cards, with a $22k limit - The ONLY thing that had me puzzled: I have 3 of their cards with $46k combined CL's - I offered them to DROP my CL by $16k and just give me a $30k CL on just one card (no need for 3 of their cards) - they wouldn't do that, it's not the end of the world by any means - but this bank IMHO is heads and shoulders above Wells Fargo, who were my first bank since moving to the U.S 12 years ago
^^ Forgot to add, your case is obviously a glitch and I certainly wouldn't ditch them yet because of it
