What is BOA 99/500 secured card?

You send them a check for $99 and you get a $500 credit limit. You can't apply for it directly. You have to apply for the Visa Platinum, get rejected, and you might get it as a counteroffer.

There are a lot of threds on the forum on this particular card.  You should be able to plug 99/500 into the search engine and get a lot of info.

Here's one large thread
