My largest is BofA VISA, $23,400. That one started as $1K, but they have been very generous with CLIs over 5 years. I also just got opening CLs from BofA AmEx $8000 and Discover Miles $9600.

Largest CL is Amex Blue - 25K, next is Amex Clear - 20K and BoA 20K.

All of these CLs have increased automatically over the years.  I have not had to call and request a CLI, they just appearred online.

Discover is stingy - 10K.  They also auto increase every 6 months or so.

Re: What is largest CL you have? / Which Cards provide large CL?

My largest is USAA MC, now at $32K. It was their AmEx at $30K. I was up late with asthma and full of inhalers (which make you revved and jittery), and I wanted a CLI from the $3500 that I had. I hit the luv button and *blink* $30K. So I guess that instead of an auto-CLI, I had an albuterol-CLI, har har.

I just swapped the CL from the AmEx to the MC, because the MC is taken more places in the home remodeling area.

edit to add: and now #2 is my BofA card, just raised from $10K to $15K, after being inspired by one of ducky's posts. Woo-hoo!

Hey, rubaty, you didn't get spanked nearly as hard as I did for your app frenzy! How long after the app'ing did you pull your 3/1 scores? In other words, had everything already reported for a couple of months? I'm really hoping that mine start climbing back up in another month.

(Sorry for the TJ, Concorduser!)

One more question. To reach these CL's did you do PIF or did you carry balances? I dont like to carry balance and I always do PIF. Is it ok or should I carry balances?
