What is the SP language for Citi for CLI?

I have had my Citi Costco card for over 7 months now and have not received nor asked for a CLI yet. I have been reading threads for strategies about CLI's for this card and came about several posts referencing "SP language" for citi. Can anyone clarify what that is? I have not seen a "luv" button on my account but when i went to look in the "Credit Line Increase" tab today - I get a window that states a credit bureau report will "not" be requested and asks for income and rent/lease amount. Is this sp language?

What is the best strategy for cli's for this card?

Appreciate any tips! Smiley Wink Thank you!

OP I just used the CLI request in the Citi app not too long ago, and received an increase of $1,500 (I believe that's the common amount from other posts I've seen) and it was a SP and instant.

Soft pullHard pull

OP, you have the SP language.  Go for it, and then ask every 6 months.
