What is the 'luv' button??

Hello all -

New user here. I am working on rebuilding my credit after BK a little over a year ago. After browsing here I was able to get several cards via SCT (Banana Republic, J Crew, VS, Loft, and I think 1 other LOL).

I am so lost on what people are talking about when they say they immediately hit the 'luv button' - does this just mean logging in to online account & requesting a CLI??

Just want to make sure I know what is going on.

Yes. The "Increase Credit Limit" button is the "luv" button.

Yes - Luv button is the credit limit increase option on your main online account page

I had no idea what is was when I first started coming here either. I'm not sure where the word even came from.

It came from people equating a company giving them more credit with that same company loving them. :-P
