What is the minimum fixed APR that Amex gives?

Howdy - I just got my Amex Blue Cash to 6.99% fixed APR, which seems pretty decent...however, I am wondering what is the lowest that you can get an Amex card to? Does anyone have anything lower - should I keep trying over time to get it reduced?

They will go 0% APR intro. I've read 2.99% on BTs until PIF. And 4.99% on Clear and Blue.

does any financial institution offer fixed rates anymore lol? and i dont think you would find any rate that low unless its a cu maybe.

wells fargo turned my platinum rewards into a fixed after having been variable for a long time.
