Re: What is up with Citibank website?

Mine works fine ... however, like many posters have mentioned, browsers seem to not always work well. Noticed this often and know generally they get back into the fold. Example is Firefox ... they seem to update and then I can almost be assured there will be a problem.

Solution for me, use a different browser. Also, clear cookies very regularily and keep on chugging.

Closed a credit card because of the browser problem. The company told me bluntly use a different browser. A second time I ran into this was with Lowe's and CSR said it is your browser, use a different one ... like slap in the back of the head and ever since, find a work around.

You know how inconvenient it is to call Citi and deal with an AI assistant for 20 mins and talk to people who speak bad English.

Point taken 😜

What an absolute dog💩 response.

I shouldn't have to change browsers because your billion dollar company doesn't want to invest in a functional website!

I knew I didn't want to deal with Citi, but I did it anyway. 😐

Re: What is up with Citibank website?

The only issue I am having is signing into my account. For weeks now it keeps saying it is time to Change  password. But I am having issues updating password. Citi says it is a glitch! Unbelievable.

What is this "dog response"? I explained what I had to do. Did not say one size fits all or that Everyone else has to do it. Do not feel like hassling the companies anymore. The first company I fought with for almost a year over the website thing and I did not get anywhere. Cut my losses and just do a work around.

To each his own. Maybe you will have better luck ... because I sure did not and I do not want to fight it for months. For me, Firefox creates havoc virtually everytime they update. Truth, I moved on in browsers. Also, glad at least I can find work arounds and move on. I give up!

Related directly to Citi Bank, I have had on and off affair with their website. Over the years I have read others who comment on their website software. Why, when they are good web sites out there can't companies get it right? Chase works for me.

Some of the big companies surely should get it right! Something I observed over the years was different browsers would do updates and the billion dollar companies had not made the adjustments and then the websites were a problem for one to two weeks. Drove me crazy. There has been much less of that for me but like I said, I just moved on.

Best of luck in getting Citi Bank to fix your situation. Yes, I know it is maddening!!! Been there ...

Re: What is up with Citibank website?

I have tried every single suggestion here in this thread and they all still give me the same message about the system being temporarily unavailable.  I even tried on a desktop.  It has almost been 2 weeks now since I've been able to login.  I guess my only option is to call and do business on the phone.  Lucky for them I love my citi custom cash card or I would close it and be done with them!
