Nice low APRs! Would you mind sharing your FICO score when approved for Chase Freedom?
Actually I scrolled over your cards and credit bureaus. That's a very cool feature! I don't understand that high APR with your excellent scores!
Lowest: Capital One Venture - 12.9%

Thanks. My EQ Fico was 790 and EX 806 when I applied for Freedom but the internal application score was 673 only for Chase. The reason was my one and only app spree ..Freedom was the last card in series (card #4 out of total of 6 cards) and this was the explanation I got from Chase for receiving not the best terms: "too many new accounts compared to total number of accounts" I have to admit a valid point
Lesson learnt for me and no further sprees. Adding cards slowly got me better terms again afterwards.

I just don't understand why you guys have such high APRs with great FICO scores. Is it utilization? Always thought APR was based mainly on FICO at time of app.

Thanks! This is very good info for my exciting FICO high achiever future!

I applied for the Discover it card back in May of 2013 and I had several old baddies on my report at the time. Per Discover, my EQ score was 671 at the time.

Oh thanks! That makes sense. It really doesn't matter too much if we PIF, right? Still, I like to be rewarded, and a lower APR always feels good. Have you tried to lower?

You're welcome. I always pay in full now and haven't really given much thought to trying to get it lowered. If it's something that can be done with minimal hassle (such as via chat or something), I may consider it.
