It's my favorite.

LOL a bit scared as I haven't generated revenue in what 5 years from my business lol, so would have to fib a bit.. Although I do have an EIN and been incorporated for 15ish years... Don't know is risks are worth rewards as I quite like my 27k in CL's with Amex as they stand
You don't have to fudge the revenue. The app uses a drop down with ranges. Just select the first range which is $0 - $49,999. Perfectly truthful.
It's the AMEX green charge card for me. We've been together so long I can't part with it.
AMEX keeps sending propaganda to sell me on conversion to a better perks flashy card. No way - GO GREEN!

Personally, I would never "fib" on such an application. Not only could you be shut down on Amex but really, it's fraud, plain and simple. If you haven't made any business income in 5 years I would say you don't qualify for the card (yes, I know it says 0-49,999 but we all know they are looking for business with income and expenses).

They issue cards all the time to brand new businesses with zero revenue.
I am enjoying my Hyatt and BoA Cash Rewards currently.

See this is where you are wrong. The $0 is there for a reason. As CapTool indicates they give out the card regularly to startups with $0 revenue. He's not going to be committing 'fraud' or risk being shut down.
My Security Service FCU Power Travel Rewards WMC is the one right now. 3.3% rewards on my two highest spend categories (travel & dining including fast food and restaurants). It also offers no fees for BT or cash advance, no FTF, 120 price protection and to top it off it's the lowest APR of any card I have as well. It's also got some cachet because it has a limited service area so not many people have it.
It's also the cheapest looking card I have ever seen.

Agreed! CreditCuriousity and I both got Total Rewards right around the same time and this is a nice card.
