What other store cards besides Target can graduate to a Visa and MasterCard??

Walmart has a discover do not auto upgrade though

home depot and macys have visa/mastercards if i am not mistaken

not sure if any companies auto upgrade though or if you have to apply

also best buy has a mastercard too but same case as mentioned above

Well first of all, I have both.  The deals and special financing are only valid on the store card and not the Master so why would they and chase shoppers out of the store?  IF they upgraded my Store to a Master I would close it.  I plan on closing the Master in March anyway.  Anyone who shops at BB would be better off with the store card.  I have had my card for a year and have not paid a dime in interest.

IMHO, the master would definitely be a DOWNgrade.

You know they do what?  Upgrade, they don't one is beneficial Bank one is household.  they may offer the Master as an addition but they do not upgrade.
