Not sure if this is allowed, if not the Mods should know what to do, but if you like info on the metal wallet:

It's good.  The only issue is that it's sexy and you need to be sexy yourself to pull it off, it's such a hassle...Smiley Wink

Most of my cards are SD, just carry daily Amex BC, Citi Forward, Double Cash and Visa gift card (and now my wife's SM for 7% on gas).   Other cards are used only online, or taken out when need (e.g Cash Plus for vet visits)

But even when I had fewer and carried more, I never carried ALL my ccs.  Always have at least one somewhere else so if your wallet gets lost or stolen, you have an emergency card.

One would think that with all the "grocery" shopping you do, you would be the one guy less concerned about emergencies... must be a Brit thing...

Comes from experience where I lost all my cards at an inconvenient time (although there is never a convenient time for that.)  So I was forced to pick the pocket of a passerby and use his cards, but you can't always rely on that being an option, so having backup at home seems a good solution.

Re: What's actually in your wallet?

My Freedom, Amex ED, Citi TYP, and Discover. Plus my debit card (including Discover Cashback). I pretty much only use Discover (debit and credit), because my It has 3% cb on noncategory purchases until end of February

I carry all of them in two wallets in my purse. Secondary wallet is for rewards store cards and CCs I don't use anymore or that often. Main/daily cards and ID, etc. are in my main wallet.

Anyway, I am a minimalist, myself, and I have no choice anyway since I use this wallet (never carry more than 3 cards and id, sometimes).

That's pretty cool. I'm actually in need of a new wallet as my current one is in tatters.

On topic, I used to carry all my credit cards with me. However, as of a few months ago, I decided to SD a bunch of the ones I don't use on a regular basis. In addition to my three bank debit cards, I have:

Discover IT

AMEX Blue Cash Everyda

Chase Sapphire Preferred

Chase Freedom

Capital One Quicksilver

Citi Double Cash

PenFed Promise

The rest are SD.
