most of the time i just carry my iphone with a bumper which can hold 3 cards:

1. AMEX platinum

2. Citi prestige mastercard (for when they don't take AMEX)

3. driver's license

I carry my other cards in a Camel cigarette carton, which happens to fit cards just right, in it is:

1. First republic bank atm card (ATM fee rebates worldwide) so I can use any atm

2. wells fargo atm card (I use this account still)

3. bank of america atm card (I use this accoutn still)

4. Anthem blue cross PPO medical insruance card

5. Anthem blue cross Rx prescripton card

6. Kaiser medical card (I have PPO and Kaiser since my Kaiser is free anyway through my employer)

7. AAA card for car emergencies

8. Some money bills and change

9. McDonalds coupon for a free french fry since I ate there recently and won that prize so I hold onto it to use later (Otherwise this would not be in it)

All my other cards I keep at home as I only use them every 6 months

It rotates I definitely don't carry them all. Right now Amex PRG and CSP, plus a debit card which I usually don't carry.
