Many of us have multiple cards, but how many of those do we actually carry with us everywhere? What cards do you carry everywhere and what cards do you keep in the drawer and why?

many questions like this asked in this exact section.. Sure a search would yield results .. I carry 4 main cards in wallet being the most practical for a given time the rotate others to give them some useage every month or so that I really don't care about.
I did a search, and didn't find much. I was probably not using the best terminology to yield results

You can start with what you carry and why.
It's not rocket science to figure mine out, see sig., oh + cash, but that amount hasn't changed in three months, lol.
In my actual wallet I carry one of each network (NFCU Visa, Citi Mastercard, Discover, Amex). I also carry a debit card and Chase credit card in the wallet case for my phone.

Besides the two debit cards that I have, I carry a Green Amex, Amex EveryDay, and my Citi Simplicity.
Well you asked, so here it is, literally :
Amex EDC - Gas/Groceries.
Amex Green - Regret applying, will be replacing with Amex PRG in another few months.
CSP - Dining, travel and big spends.
Chase Freedom - Gas as of next month when the 5% kicks in.
Debit/ID
I carry all the cards in my signature, except for Nebraska Furniture Mart. I have debit cards from PNC, Chase, US Bank, and Discover. I also keep my AAA and Sam's Club cards, health insurance card, drivers license, and student ID card. I use the cash section to keep receipts until I get home and write down what I spent. I usually don't carry any cash.
