Re: What's the differance between Experian's Plus Score and FICO Scores?

FAKO, FICO, FECO, FOCO, all of this is just so confusing and I think they LIKE IT!  My FAKO is always higher.  I'm signed up for TC just so I can pull my report every day, but I don't put any merit into the score.  I'm signed up with EQ, and MyFICO to get the "REAL" score.
CURRENT SCORES: TU: 698 21 Apps / EX: 644 28 Apps / AAoA: 4.4 Yrs. / Util. 5% / Goal: 750 by 12/22

Smart move! As long as you realize that your FICO EQ is one of the three "REAL" scores, the others being your FICO TU and your FICO EX.
* Credit is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master. * Who's the boss --you or your credit?
FICO's: EQ 781 - TU 793 - EX 779 (from PSECU) - Done credit hunting; having fun with credit gardening. - EQ 590 on 5/14/2007

The only thing I don't like is that Experian does not cooperate very well with My Fico.  You can't get the graphs and stuff.  I use the Credit Expert and can pull report any time I want.  If it's not updated I just dispute it and I can get the updated Experian any time.  I did notice that the plus score is not penalizing me for my 8.7 month old BK. Hence the higher score.

Re: What's the differance between Experian's Plus Score and FICO Scores?

I went to apply for a 15,000 dollar loan yesterday, they would loan give me 12,000 which ended up being a lil over 13000 in the end. I checked my ex plus daily, I seen 716 the morning off, before yesterday I didn't even know that there where different kinds, he shows me a paper that has my fico as 753
.......go figure, I was happy, but left confused. Screw credit, but give me money. ;-)
