Did you call in?  @chuckwood said I'd get a letter stating the highest is $10k (he was right too) but then if I called  in I could get the limit even higher than $10k.  Is that how you did it too? How much did you ask vs. what you got? Also, the spend....did you put big spend on it?

Nope I got to 20k with the luv button online  no phone calls . I never put more than a few hundred and got to 20k in about 6-9 months

Last year I think?  In my experience only Lowes and Care credit let you request over 10K with online button.
