Quite a few people have gotten back in after burning GE/Synchrony, I think you'll be fine.
+1
I lost my job around the same time and burned them as well (also on a Wal-Mart card), and I've got several cards with them now, all with generous limits.
As long as your TU supports it, I would go for it! ![]()

Thanks UncleB! That's very encouraging and great to hear. I lost my job, car and Mom all in a matter of two weeks. My TU report is pretty good. I don't think I'll have a problem there and my income in good as well (49k/yr). I'm gonna give it a shot. We need a new riding mower and I would love to get it for my Bf for his Bday...
You're very welcome! ![]()
I'm so sorry to hear about your losses... and all at the same time. I know that had to have been hard. ![]()
I just noticed your TU in your signature... and I agree with you, you should be fine. I got my Sam's Club MC back when my TU score was around 710, just to give you an idea. Other Synchrony cards are generally even easier to get... with your scores I'll be surprised if you have any problems.
Good luck! ![]()
(Remember if your SL is too small, it's usually easy to get a CLI with Synchrony) ![]()
Your TU score is def strong enough for an approval. If you decide to apply... please report back and let us know how it goes!!
