Does Capital One give ANYONE a Quicksilver under 20% APR? It seems like even those with high scores have APR's above 20%!

How the heck is your APR that high on a Chase SW?
Publicly offered is 15.99%
Got it years ago...was an Airtran A+ card, then Chase took over the card.
Close + Reopen. They are offering 50K signup bonus for 2K spend.
That's a good idea...I'll probably get a higher limit too, it's only 2K. And I'm pre-qualified on Chase's site for the CSP so I'd think I'd get at least 5K.

Yes, apparently. But it is hard to get. There are some that recommend getting a Cap1 Platinum Prestige for the Low APR and then PC to a QS WMC.
Mine is ironic.. Both my lowest and my highest APR comes from Barclays haha
Lowest: Barclay Ring with 8%
Highest: Sallie Mae WMC with 22.99%
Lowest is @7.99% - Penfed Visa
Highest is @20.99% - Chase Amazon.
For some reason the APR on this chase card is just ridiculous from what I have read from this site.
9.99% Penfed Cash Rewards and 18.24 % Amex BCP
CSP 15. someting

I have one at 19.8%. It started out as the old green rewards and has been pc'd and upgraded to what it is now.
7.24% forum credit union with 1% cash back
highest wal mart @ 24,99
Seems the majority of lower APR Quicksilvers are PC ones, yet Quicksilver's app claims you can get an APR of 12.9, 17.9 or 22.9. I have yet to see anyone with the 12.9 or even the 17.9%
