What should I do now?

So, now that I finally feel like I have graduated from Rebuilding School, I'm trying to decide what I should do next?

I have a Discover More Card with a 3000 CL, and a Capital One Secured Card with a 500 CL, and was just approved for the Zync today. I feel like I need one more card (maybe VIsa) with a decent limit to round out my wallet. Also, Discover isn't accepted everywhere. All of my scores are in the upper 600 range, and I will say that my TU report  is practically INQ free. Any suggestions?

Should I apply for one more card and then garden for a year or so?

OR

Should I stop now while I'm at it, and then app for something in 6 months?

The advantage of apping at once (in my opinion) is that you know the HP's will all fall off at the same time. Disadvantage is that it makes creditors nervous

How many HP's do you have so far?

For a Visa, I would try the Barclay Apple since your TU is high. They mostly pull TU but knows to pull others

Since your EX might have gone up also as you mentioned in another posts, you could try a Chase Freedom although they are tough.

Do you have any store card?

i thought it is only the same pull if its the same type of card? Also, I think I will pass on an Amex revolver. (not that I would be approved). I really want to aim for a Visa so that I will have a Discover, Visa/MC, and Amex. Do you think Barclays will freak out when they see the Discover More and Amex hit my reports in a couple of months? Or do they only really care about frequent inquiries after being approved.

What about shopping w/some local CUs. You can find one that will pull TU, and they are more likely to work with you than the big banks. Barclay's is a possibility, depending on how recent your Discover is. If you've just gotten the Zync and Discover, they may be a littel gun shy.

I was approved for the Discover More a couple of weeks ago, so it hasn't hit my reports yet. So technically they won't know that I have these two new cards, but I am concerned that they will close my account when they do hit the reports. I heard Barclays is known for closing accounts within 6 months.

nope. Discover hasn't reported yet. I don't imagine it will until the statement cuts.
